Vehicle was not washed as promised and took a very long time for me to get my vehicle when I came to pick it up. My vehicle was 30 feet away from me with people walking right by it..... Receptionis refused to help me and kept repeating, "There is nothing I can do from here. You need to go talk to your service advisor." Worst experience I have every had at your dealership....
