I brought my car in about 11am for a routine oil change and was immediately told how busy they were. When asking if they can check my headlight since it was randomly going dim and my car is still under warranty, I was told they might not get to it today, which made me feel like my concerns were not important. I was willing to leave my car there so they allowed, but was told the shuttle was too busy to take me, so I found my own ride. I received a call saying my car was ready after 3pm, but didn’t get any information about recommdations for my car. When reviewing the inspection report it’s says recommends tire rotation, alignment and balance, which I thought was included with the service, but I guess i misunderstood. I felt like the staff was rushed which made me question how thourough the service was on my car. I understand weekends are busy, but do not feel that it should be taken out on the customer to feel that they can not still get adequate service.
