On fri sep 29th at 12:30 I brought in my 2013 traverse. I left it with Robert because I was in bad Health.My charging system light was on and also needed a oil change. I ask Robert to keep me in formed, call me asap when he had any word on my truck. He told me the oil change would take an hour and half. I waited for a call and never got it, so I called by 430 and Robert said he had no ansers and didn't know what was going on with my truck and that he would call me by 5:45 he still didn't call me. So showed up before closing and he still had no ansers for me. And the michanc was gone. He still had no aners for me. I ask him, do you even communicate with your micanic he new I was very up set . I told him I needed my truck asap because I was going to Ceder Sinia hospital in west LA on mon for surgery. And I didn't have any time to waste. I told him that he had no communication skills at all. At this point I didn't trust him or any one else in MK Chevrole company. I was forced to take my truck with just the oil change. I have a extended warranty on my truck so I knew money was no issue. On mon morning my wife and I were on our way to Ceder Sinia Hospital for my surgery. My truck shut down completely! In traffic. We were forced to call an Ambulance to get me to the hospital asap. My wife had no choice but to stay with our truck wait for AAA to tow our truck the local AAMCO. At this point my wife needed to be at the hospital with me. So all AAMCO did was put a new battery in our truck witch cost 200.26$ so my wife could be with me. After my surgery that same day I was realiest from the hospital. On our way home back to Chino in heavy traffic my truck shuts down again on the Freeway. My wife calls AAA again and towed our truck to my own mechanic at AAMCO in chino across the street from your company. They replaced the alternater. All this could of been avoided if Robert would of communicated and been professional with me. I would of brought my truck back on sat but I did not trust your company at this point. When I get the bill for the Ambulance you will be hearing from my lawyer. Danny Romo

Dennis did a great job. He provided me with the history of the Volt that I purchased which was helpful and after the vehicle was serviced, he found me new plastic bolt clips that were missing under my hood and gave me some tech advice on keeping the coolant for the motors up to par. He went the extra mile.
