You never mentioned a $115 diagnostic charge. You said it was a 100$ deductible if it’s a warranty repair. I paid $115 for absolutely nothing. I’m extremely disappointed with this and will not be returning for any services.

I was unsatisfied based on not having received a call letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up after an oil change service. I called the dealership at 7:45 to inquire if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I did not know at that time that the service department closed at 6pm. I was informed by whomever picked up the phone that service department closed at 6pm, he stated he was sorry and didnt know what happened and to call the service department 1st thing in the morning. I hung up the phone and understood that mistakes happen. I was not going to be able to pick up my vehicle the next day because i had to be at work at 6:30 in los Angeles and would be off of work at 6:30. I then realized that my vehicle had my keys to open up the facility where i work at. I then called the dealership back and asked if i could at least pick up my keys from my vehicle. Dealership told me to come over. I arrived at the dealership around 8:10, past their closing time. The manager at hand allowed me to pay for the service and i was able to take my vehicle home. He turned a negative situation into a positive one!
