I called in the morning to make an appointment. I asked the lady to give me the earliest appointment for an oil change. She said the earliest appointment she had was at 11:00am. I got there at 11:00 am and the service guy told me that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I came back an hour and a half later and they said that my truck has still not been worked on and that it was going to be another half an hour or so. This was ridiculous. I had made an appointment to get in and out and it was still taking more than 2 hours. The excuses that they gave me was that they had too many oil changes that day. If that was the case I am not sure why they didn't schedule me for a different day when I called or scheduled me for a closer time to my appointment. If it was first come first serve then they should have told me that and I would have gone in earlier. Ultimately I left without getting my oil change. The service tech told me that it is best to come first thing in the morning without an appointment. You should tell someone to stop making appointments if they are not going to be anywhere near the time given.
