Jennifer is awesome and I'm satisfied with the servicing of my car, but I was supposed to have a car wash and the cashier said that the machine was broken. The young man who brought my car around apologized saying that they were short handed. So someone wasn't telling me the truth. I will say that the young man said that I could come back and he would wash it for me, but I don't have time to go back any time soon. I know it's a free car wash, but I was counting on it and disappointed.
