The service was great and also the two men who took in the info. I asked if my car would be washed and I was assured it would be. It wasn’t and the young man had to go looking for the car key

I was expecting a car wash with my service, something other dealers do.
The service rep was friendly and cheerful. Could perhaps have gone over what was to be done and perhaps after the service mentioned what was done and what needs to be done in future visits.
