Waited 2 hours for a spare key and valet key which were not included when I bought the car—to be programmed. Got it home, valet key does not work. Also, radio is not working even after I asked them to check it and was told they reprogrammed it. I went back to tell them and they said a new radio would be ordered and I’d have to take car in early one morning and leave all day. Now I have to pay for an Uber to get to work and back as your shuttle cannot get me to work on time in So Pasadena. These are only a few of the total inconveniences I have had to deal with since I bought this “certified” car! Doesn’t certified mean that everything is checked and in working order?? Like the broken windshield wipers that had to be replaced when I discovered them? Ridiculous! I need Subaru to pay for my transportation when the radio needs to be installed. I’ve had enough.

Great greeting. Acknowledge my appointment time and politely apologize for the delay, which was not. Great customer service. Show me where the shuttle. Called me when the car is done and when I was requesting for a shuttle to pick up. He followed up with me a few times to make sure that I will be picked up. Great service and follow up. Really appreciate his above and beyond effort

Overall service and courtesy were as expected for a well-established dealership—and when they couldn’t answer questions, they immediately got someone who could. But what went way beyond expectations was the fact that I didn’t have to wait at all for them to get right to my car—and the repair (recall item) was done in a quarter of the time I had expected!

Recall isvfir 3 hrs and the shuttle service was schedule 1220 pm and I was pick up 3 pm since the driver said the wrong name and should introduce himself from Sierra Subaru .! Then picking me up at 3pm when to wring house another delayed and done at 345 pm. What a day for a recall.

It took way too long (17 days) to get the service completed and after leaving the lot, I had to return to Subaru because a hose came loose causing the dash lights to turn on again and the engine to run poorly. After reconnecting house and test driving, all was fine
