This was a bad experience I ever had at your location. First of all, I didn’t request to be assigned to him but I did. So I had to wait for him to show up after I arrived for more than 10 minutes when I dropped off the car. Then, when I asked him regarding the recall of the Airbag on the passenger side, the answer was not clear. When he called later to tell me about Tech’s recommendation, I couldn’t understood those terms so I asked hike to wrote it down for me when I pick up the car, it was not done either.

When I told Chris I was not happy with the SIX hour estimated service time for putting on my splash guards, she went, reassigned the car to a different worker, & I was out the door in 2 hours- much better.
