My tires were replaced but there was scratches on my rims. You need to be careful when changing tires.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received today. This was my second oil change with this dealership and when I got to my appointment I checked in car. So the service took about 1.5 hours and the salesman let me know what was done and showed me that all the services were checked off and were good to go. But when I got home I asked my husband to check if everything was good with the car and the service. And as he checked under the hood, he also checked the air filter, and he noticed that it wasn’t not changed, because the first oil change the salesman said they don’t do that on the first oil change, it will have to be the second one. So what my husband did was mark the air filter in a specific spot to see if they would change it the second time. And sure enough they did not change the air filter. I waited 1.5 hours for this kind of service. This is a car that I drive everyday and everywhere. What kind of customer service are you guys doing or even giving to your customer who buy these cars. They didn’t even bother to open the place where the air filter is located, cause when we opened it, it was still so dirty. This service is unacceptable and very sloppy. I’m not even sure they changed the carbon filter just cause the service person says they do and they check mark the boxes. How do the customers know that these services are done. We have to just take there word for it and hope for the best. Like I said very disappointed and unacceptable service
