I had to wait 2 weeks to schedule a recall appointment. It was assessed that the car needed recall parts which were not on hand. I was told i would receive a call when parts came in within 3 to 5 days. I never received a call. I called back after a week and parts were already there. They then don't have an appointment until a few more days. Once again disappointing service.
