Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
Twice I was told someone would contact me about the status of my car, which was being serviced for Tuesday-Saturday. Each time I made arrangements so I could get out to get the car, but was t contacted and had no idea of it was finished or not.
Just want better communication.

$900 is the equivalent of 2 months of car notes. Find a way to break up the service so it does break your customers. Add a set of tires and a brake job and you’re over $2000 for a $25,000 vehicle in 60,000 miles. While I understand the importance of preventive maintenance, invest in some spark plugs that last 100,000 miles and make them easier to change out
