It took five hours almost for them to do two recalls on the car. I was told when I got there it would be two hours. I think he was having a bad day. I feel for him but I still got poor service. The employees should also watch what they say around the customers. I had to hear them complain about other customers and their other frustrations. It didn’t feel like a professional environment. I’m not sure they realize that the customers in the lobby can hear everything. Jaime was nice and respectful the entire time to me though and explained twice that there was delays.
But honestly I’m going to try the Glendale one next time. Also Paul who sold me my Subaru last year is a very genuine person and was great to deal with.
