I was told it was a two hour job, but it turned out to be four hours! I was freezing in that place, it made me sick to the point where I was beginning to shiver. Yet, that Rafael was not on top of his job hut instead searching online at Best Buy for a PS4!? How professional. At one time I felt Sierra could be my go to place, but after yesterday, it’s doubtful. I even asked for a service manager and she “wasn’t available.” No excuses when your team is shoddy, it’s not even a team.

My left side skirt extension got damaged. I was hearing noises on my drive home. I pulled over and noticed that the left side skirt was cracked and flapping in the wind. I would've appreciated the tech if he came to tell me that it got damaged when put on the hydraulic lift. I know my car is lowered but still, he should've let me know.
