This was the very first time I bought a Subaru and the first time I have ever stepped into your service department. When I entered I was not acknowledged nor greeted. There were three people working in the department near the front and only one customer. I just stood there waiting until I felt ignored which is when I flagged down one of the employees. That is when she directed me to the right person. So where is the customer service ? There was no joy in that department as I can tell. Sure they were wearing masks put you can tell when someone is smiling by looking at their eyes and the tone of their greeting which was absent. I am not impressed and first impressions can never be redone. I hope the next time will be better.
