Ethan was outstanding and Manager Ozzie made it happened.
Finance person Michael pulled a swift one by adding a $100 deductible to the Extended Warranty and then tried to raise my monthly payments to make it no deductible. This was never mentioned in the final offer to keep my payment at a manageable $420 a Month.
I'm very satisfied with the car and it looks great!

My mpg is 23,5, running about 5000 miles, which suppose to be 29 mpg combined city and hwy, i asked service to check it but they said they can do nothing about it, first i was fooled with sales and now service is refusing to find out that problem, i was so happy to get my 1 st Subaru, but actually it is different than i expected !

Service is always great. Although, my A/C vent started coming out of it's slot and I brought it to the attention of my service technician and was told it was reinstalled. It was already popping back out of it's place not even an hour later.
