Your dealership has access to vehicle history reports that include the service history. The Monrovia service dept would not attempt to find a record of services performed at Subaru dealerships. They then twice attempted to sell me a $400 service that was performed only a few thousand miles prior. I get the distinct impression that your service agents get bonuses based on the services they sell, which makes me distrust what should be professional advice free from self-interest.

Rafael was friendly and explained what work would be performed as part of the 6 month service. He said the service would take about 1 1/2-2 hours but would try to get the service completed as quickly as possible. My car was serviced in less than an hours. Rafael again went over all the work done and asked if I had any questions about the servicing or my car.
I appreciated the social distancing signs in place in the waiting area and that you required all customers to wear face masks.

Excellent Service. The only issue I have is that the tech’s use the dashboard computer info to review the car’s info. But they never set the dash info back to the original display. So I have to reread the manual to get the dash back where is was. A little bit of a pain. Otherwise Jamie and your service team are great.

It was very difficult to get a hold of staff to arrange for lyft to pick me up from work so I can pick up my car, so I ended up having to ask a friend to drop me off. I called service location, subaru service hotline, and went through messaging service to get a hold of someone, no one replied. The car was not washed as I requested. Fluids were not topped off as described by the coupon. I do not trust your service.

Rafael was very diligent and gave me updates on my car. The problem was not Rafael but the communication that came from the technicians. They could not deliver the finished car at the time promised. I have spoken to Candice about the issue. I understand these are difficult times, fewer employees, lag time in receiving parts but it is best to give a promise time that is further out and have it ready early. It would make you look good in the customers eye and not raise hopes of receiving their car and then not have it ready. My.car was brought in on Monday morning and promised Friday. Then on Friday it was promised for Wednesday on Wednesday it was promised for Thursday and on Thursday it was promised for Friday. Rafael,personally,kindly returned the car to me at my home on Saturday morning. Again, Rafael was always kind, considerate, and apologetic about the situation. He was the best part of the experience.
