Although I do understand the situation the country is going through, i expected a little better service from Sierra Honda I went for an oil change and my tires check. I had the unfortunate situation that one of my tires was with a needle subsequently not able to be patch. But to tell me that three of my tires had a needle and one had a valve problem and I needed to replace all of them, and because I didn't say yes they didn't even bother to put air on the tires is just is very hurtful. Especially for me a 60 y/o woman that at the moment due to the COVID19 it halted the monthly income. That, I felt is very sad. I took it for a second opinion to a different Honda dealer. It came with very different results.

Tina Ming is a wonderful girl... she did the very best within her range of expertise. however at first I thought that the service was cheaper than normal reef Honda. later on I discovered that it was $100 more expensive because in the service contract, it omitted the transmission fluid replacement as well as the brake service fluid change.

On the letter sent by Honda it stated that I would be given a rental car for the day for free due to the recall. I was not offered a rental car and therefore had to take the day off work for something that wasn’t my fault! Pissed off after I read the letter I called and the guy said they don’t do rentals, I explained the situation and he didn’t offer up any help or apologies.
