I had a 10:15 a.m. appt. for an oil change. I arrived before 10:15, was checked in shortly after...I had a 2 hour wait for my car to be serviced. It seems like a long wait for having a 10:15 appt.I understand the covid situation causes delay, but if i have an appt.for a designated service, i would expect less of a wait. When i checked at 12noon to see if my car was ready yet, it was still on the lifts being serviced.
