Billy Tam, has been the most patient and helpful person that I’ve had to deal with there at Honda he’s always so courteous and polite the best customer service that I have ever had during my five year service with Honda if I had to say a score of 1 to 10 Billy would definitely be a 10 with his customer service.

Vince Tran is an excellent service professional! I didn't have an appointment and he squeezed me in. He greeted me by introducing himself. He listened to what my service need was and he efficiently and directly responded. After the service was done, he clearly explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. Sierra has a new customer in me (and I gladly say goodbye to Honda of Pasadena, who's service ****!).

I worked with Tina and Vincent for the repairs to my vehicle. I found both of them to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. They are awesome to work with!!
One item I brought to Tina’s attention was that the AC was not working when I picked up the car yesterday. I stopped by Pet Boys the next day to add AC gas they informed me that the system was overcharged and didn’t need gas. They removed the excess gas and the system started to operate normally. I talked with Tina and she said they would not have added the gas, not sure how the system was overcharged with the AC gas.

Took longer than expected and was told car would have to be kept longer on the day that it was suppose to be due out. Was not offered a courtesy vehicle, or even a ride to bring extra key that the tech thought would fix the issue. Car also came back dirtier with hand prints everywhere.
