I was not pleased at all by the service provided, I was told Over the phone that my AC repair was going to be covered by warranty, today when I took the car the service advisor Billy called me back an hour later saying that it was going to be covered under warranty and he still had to charge me $175 for the diagnostic fee. I believe that you guys need to stop lying to people on the phone and not try to squeeze money out of people in these times of crisis.
