My experience with Rob was great! Theres several Honda dealers that would have given me the same deal Rob did that were a lot closer to me, I chose to drive over 40 miles to go to Rob and this is why: he's professional, friendly, and answered all my questions, even if i asked dumb questions, he never made me feel like i asked them, and instead answered them, made me feel at ease, and took care of my concerns, a sharp contrast from my conversations with other dealerships, which had a more "i know more than you" attitude. Simply put, i was happy to spend 1,000 dollars on my vehicle there and drove away with full confidence. I will be going back for service there, even tho I pass at least 3 other honda dealers on my way there.

I did note with Max that stains had already reappeared before leaving. And I knew the exterior of the car had not been washed but chose not to say anything because it was a courtesy wash. But, I was extremely disappointed once I was able to look at my car in the sun. There are several stains still on the back seat, The was still I cleaned residue on the right passenger door. I thought my car had water spots and dust on the windows and center console but it was the a chemical they must’ve sprayed and didn’t wipe down on the inside of the windows and on my stereo, etc. And, the car still has a vomit smell.
To pay all that money and to have to do so much post work on my car to try and get up to respectable look is extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing to have been dealing with this dealership when I first bought my Honda was very satisfied but when I went into to trade my 2017 Accord in for a 18 Accord the level of communication from Emily on working out a deal after calling for weeks to find who my lender was and for me to come in to dealership to find out she no longer with company and to be told my original contract would be void and that since I wasn’t approved for a certain dollar amount that my contact would be voided and that the extended warranty is not covered in the new deal with about me paying out of pocket will not be bringing my service back
