The only thing I was not fully satisfied with was the guest WiFi. When I get service on my vehicle I often bring in my work and require an Internet connection. The guest WiFi drops out every few minutes and is the worst I have experienced at a dealership. I may need to go elsewhere for service because of this.

I took my my car in for routine maintenance and two warranty issues. The maintenance was preformed but neither warranty issue was resolved. In my opinion the technicians did not understand the problems and I am not sure they do now.

Max had trouble making decisions without everything being approved by JOHN. The tonto cover is still leaking severely and all i got was see your paoerwork given to you. I didnt receive any paperwork until max gave me a copy with a highlighted sentence which says not waterproof. And basically it was see there good luck pal. A drips ok but a gallon of water or more everytime surpriae honda ran it through there car is i believe is unacceptable. Im not a happy customer. Surprise honda sure was interested in getting my money 39000.00 check for the truck but not problem solving my issues.
