Honda had my car for 9 days. Robert would not return our phone calls which we made daily. He never called to give us a status update and did not call us when it was done. We reached out to the service manager John Oconnor regarding are dissatisfaction and finally got a call from Robert but not to update us on car status. Very unprofessional. I finally received a text this am saying my car was ready. Still did not get an update. When we picked up my car Robert was not there and Dianna tried to read what was done to my car. We had no idea what was done or even how much we owed. Very unhappy my car issue was caused by a previous recall and class action suit which we were not notified of. I felt we should not have had to pay anything. Very unhappy with your service and Honda

Service (oil change) and the person who took care of me were super. Only complaint was that my radio stations were changed and my sunroof, which we always keep closed, was left opened.
Oil change was completed faster than I expected to and the service guy was very pleasant to work with. He should be complimented on how he treats your customers.
