I had a very unpleasant experience on Saturday, May 19 . My family was going to go on a road trip to Nevada for a little vacation . We wanted to get a vehicle checked out to make sure that we were good for the drive . I was told I needed to do the following . Rear brakes the battery and an alignment on the vehicle to ensure safe trip . It was until later that I found out none of those things were wrong with the vehicle . I went as far as going to a couple different people to double check the vehicle . I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the listed items they said needed to be done . After bring the vehicle back in to have it rechecked it was confirmed there was nothing wrong . Your dealership may need to consider re-training the mechanics looking at peoples cars. As I said when I was there I will buy another car from Honda they are in my business for life . Rob your general manager Douglas your used car manager and Terry our sales person took very good care of us and they are in our business for life . I have not yet decided if I will return to your service department . I’m sure everything is noted if you need further answers to questions about my experience . Rob & Marty were awesome. My Accord's A/C was acting up and it would not act up for Marty. I came over and Marty and I went for a drive and we were able to get it to act up. Marty figured out the problem and now the A/C works great. Marty & Rob were both amazingly friendly and a pleasure to work with. The shuttle drivers were also fantastic. You have earned my trust and we will continue to bring the car to Surprise Honda.
