Came to pick up my car after paying for a full detail. Was looking over the car and found out that it was a half assed job. They realize that they had an even detailed the car. Gave me a loaner and the girl had the audacity to tell me I had to pay four dollars for mileage or bring the car back with a full tank. You guys had screwed up and I was to pay for the loaner. Picked up the car yesterday after suppose it full detail and still it was a half assed job I found crumbs in areas that should’ve been obviously cleaned and dirt in places. I will not be returning to your facility

I brought my vehicle in that I just purchased on Saturday 6/15 because the check engine light was on. Robert ran a diagnostic scan and advised me that there was an issue with the break switch. He took the vehicle into shop to “find out what part is needed to fix it”. About 30 min later he brings vehicle back and proceeds to advise me there is nothing they can do because the check engine light went off. He also mumbled something about my warranty which I didn’t understand. I felt he wasn’t too confident on what he was advising me. After I Asked him what I was supposed to do now, now that I’m fully concerned there is an issue with breaks and the safety of my newly purchased vehicle, that there was nothing they could do but bring the car back when the check engine light comes back on. I told the service men that I’m driving my family to California this Sunday and I want to be sure I’m driving a safe vehicle. Another service employee advised the worst that could happen would be my break lights not working. This is absolutely disturbing that after diagnosing an issue with my break switch, you allow me to drive the vehicle away without resolving any issue. My family’s safety is very important to me, and that is why I purchased a new vehicle. Now I’m left with worry and concern. Hoping nothing happens to my family or my vehicle.
