Waited about 2 hours for a back seat cover to be installed. At the end of my wait the cover was lumpy and not quite right. Although Colin called and asked me to bring my vehicle back, I don’t want to sit for another two hours. I’ll deal with it. The rest of my experience with Surprise Honda was good.
