I have enjoyed working with Robert in the past and my service visit yesterday was no exception

Robert was very nice through the process and I was happy with the repairs and check on my vehicle. It was not too long a wait and the facilities were nice as well. Thanks to Robert for following up on my glass work needed too.

David is polite and considerate of my needs. David goes out of his way to assure all my questions are answered before I leave.

Al was extremely professional, personable, & helpful (even offered a great referral for a quick sandwich)!

Excellent service

Dianna is wonderful. The guy who answered the phone the last 2 times I call is a moron. I have brought this up to John twice now. First phone call was back in June when I wanted to call about getting a safety check for my car and this guy tells me it’s $70 to have a safety check done on my car that I bought last year from Honda that has a brand new HRV. Then this time I called for an oil change and tire rotation same guy tells me that it’s $50 for a tire rotation. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to “things correct prices to people this has to be costing them a lot of business by Miss information being given to customers like myself. I’ve also had multiple problems first phone call was back in June when I wanted to call about getting a safety check for my car and this guy tells me it’s $70 to have a safety check done on my car that I bought last year from Honda that is a brand new HRV. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to quote correct prices to people this has to be costing them a lot of business by Miss information being given to customers like myself. I’ve also had multiple problems wher I go to have my oil changed and instead of charging my maintenance package they try to tell me I owe. Plus I ask for appointments at one time then get some other time or no appointment at all.
