When we bought the car about 2 months ago they told us we have three service and we went to get our first service and the guy wasn’t helping at all and want just to charge us money. I told him in the beginning after that after they finish the car he want to charge $90 and keep telling him I waisted 30 min to argue with him . He wasn’t helpful at all too bad for my first time to go there

Michael is a great guy does a great job. He is friendly and one of the reasons I go back to this dealership. I did notice a few things which may have been beyond his control. I waited over 2 1/2 hours...for an oil change which I did not expect. Part of that was my fault since I did show up 20 minutes early. Also during my wait I noticed that a few other customers were asked if they would like a car wan, I was never offered that. Lastly, when I was told about the air filters I was misled in the price. He pointed to the prices and then I saw the what said total estimate as $123. I assumed that was for everything and not just for the filters when I agreed so I was a little shocked when my total was over $200 at the end and had no choice but to pay. Again, not totally his fault but perhaps in the future it would be better to print up a new total to include everything so the person knows complete total and not just the total for the added services. Again Michael does a good job it is just I had a less than great experience last time I was there.
