Service took almost 8 hours when the expectation was 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The service coordinator was very good and the service result was fine but the time and lack of transparency on expectations was unacceptable. My having a set appointment time didn't appear to have any meaning as obviously many others were serviced before me.
