I had to ask the service advisor to put his mask on. We made a 10 am appointment with this service advisor and gave him our information over the phone. The only thing correct when we checked in was my name and service requested. Address, email and phone number were wrong. We were asked if we were going to wait and we told him yes. He even directed us to where we could get coffee and water. After an hour and 45 minutes asked him what was going on he checked and said he forgot to mark we were waiting. While we were waiting saw other advisors checking with their customers who were waiting. We then had to wait about another 45 minutes for our car. He didn’t even offer a discount, coupon, an express oil change or anything when we paid. We moved to this area in March 2020 and this was our first service on our CR-V, which we mentioned. First impressions mean everything.
