I had an appointment and arrived early but still waited for 3+ hours for the service department to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had requested the recall repair for my tonneau cover be addressed when scheduling the appointment but learned after the 3+ hour wait that I would need to return for that repair due to a lack of parts.
