Nathan is amazing. After living in arizona for 2 years I have finally found a service rep I enjoy working with. Nat has taken care ofy vehicle needs several times prior to this visit. This visit was an emergency. My car left me stranded. It happened earlier in the morning, so early it was prior to opening. I called at 6:45am not even realizing what time it was. Nat was just getting into work. He answered the phone and was very polite. He said it was no problem for me to have my vehicle towed there. Once the tow truck got me to Surprise Honda Nat was ready with my rental. He process the vehicle and got me on my way. My car was there from Wednesday to Friday. Nat called promptly each day with updates and diagnostics. My vehicle was repaired perfectly and I was on my way Friday afternoon. Nathan is professional and such a pleasure to work with. I know the guys in the shop work hard and they deserve recognition as well. They are the ones who found the problem and keep my car running perfectly with 145,000 miles (2012 Honda Odyssey).
