Well when I am told it will be 2 hours and after 3.5 hours you call to check on it and it still hasn’t got into the shop and his comment was a lot of people waiting came in. Well that just shows me that it is ok to favor customers over others. When he seemed not to care that seemed to be a result of the environment. One thing I could say positive is that he did make an attempt to apologize when I picked up the van.
