I brought our new Honda accord in to have the tires rotated, the oil changed and repair my windshield wipers. After an hour Nathan finally came back to advise us the tires have been rotated the oil has been changed but I would have to come back for with another appointment to have my windshield wipers repaired. Now that is not customer service.

I live out near Scottsdale ad I'm sure there is a dealership closer to me but ive been to 3 different Honda dealerships in the valley, and Surprise Honda has been great. Vicinity key #2 is still not working as it used to. Why? The fob must be near start button for car to start. Also to unlock car, the button on the fob must be pushed. It’s a mystery.
