Yes , I am very happy with the service from Mike who is very personable and professional as well as the technician who fixed our Honda. It was a end of the day Friday the 13th when we drove in. The tech went right to work doing diagnostics and the repairing our car. I was more than surprised when the tech came with paper work for Mike and asked me (I was talking to Mike) did I want it washed. I purchased a new card last week and came in for the installation of accessories that were purchased along with the new car. Black emblems did not appear on the accessory sheet, so I ordered some from another dealer. This particular representative tried to get me to pay $150 for a swap of one Honda emblem for black Honda genuine emblems. I contacted the management so that I could take the parts to another dealership to install, and they conversed with the service department. Finally, I was quoted $70 to install both emblems. After the install, I chose to speak to the service manager who was rather come better than appear not to know anything about labor estimates and the minimal amount of time it takes to swap stock logos on a car. He became argumentative and combative and I’ve made a conclusion that I will not do business with surprise Honda again. The trust has been eroded and I don’t appreciate the bait and switch tactics regarding pricing.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle fixed for a recall notice a week in advance. You knew what had to be done yet were unprepared with the necessary part to fix it. A simple repair took two days. An inconvenience I was not prepared for.
