I was told my car was going to be done in 3 hours. I an appointment at 7 am and it wasn’t complete until 3 PM. I called around 12 to ask if it was complete and was told probably around 1 hour and it still took another 3 hours. I don’t know why I made an appointment. When I called to make an appointment I was told to bring it in first thing so I wouldn’t have to wait on other cars before mine. I was the first person there to drop my car off at 6:45 and it took all day for an oil change, radiator flush and change the radiator hoses.

I purchased one tire. Brought in the tire to put it on the rim. I asked for special care with this. I got the tire back on the rim with it scratched extremely bad. That is not special care in my opinion. I expect it be delivered it back to me in the same condition it was brought into your store and that is not the case.

Repairs were said to be completed when they were not (visor not replaced). Tire warning light on the dash goes off when I’m barely ten feet away. I get the lack of communication, mistakes happen. Mike was very intense on his communication with me and was very through with recommendations and knowledge of what needs to be done. Seems to me the shop guys probably have too much on their plate as they are missing the details. Other Honda dealerships return the car cleaner then brought in. That’s a nice touch. My biggest concern was the lack of masks used by the team. Nearly all the service advisors had them around their necks, and back office employees were walking through the service area. This would be the direct result of the GM not enforcing policy’s. You have a beautiful clean, and organized dealership with the opportunity to deliver better then Earnhardt trashy service. I would love to see y’all be the top of your class!! .it’s there just polish it.

Levi, service advisor, was kind,considerate and concerned. But I’ve had a long standing issue with this vehicle behaving strange. I bring it in with videos, when it is erratic, and after keeping it for hours...it is not fixed, and the answer is always, sorry we don’t know what the problem is. This started while under warranty and continues to this day. And I have no resolution. I bought Honda because I’ve had two previously that were fantastic. This one is a nightmare.
