David was the BEST! Great customer service; very friendly; emphatic with what needed to be done and got my car working like a dream!!!!! He did all he could with coupons because it was pricey. But it haven’t been serviced in years because it was kept in the garage and not used often. It had super low mileage and the B1 came on. My partner of 28 year’s passed away from cancer at 67! It’s been a little over a year and my life turned upside down and sold our other Civic 2010 and used the 2013. 28 years is a long time to be with someone! Thanks DAVID!

Two clips that hold shield over battery could have been replaced since they were missing. I would have paid for the parts. I should have mentioned this as the company that jumped the battery Monday lost them.
