When my car was returned it was covered in dust. I was disappointed as I had just washed it.

Outstanding customer service from Levi! Very prompt service, he explained me everything that was done to my car.

I came to the surprise Honda after a horrible visit with the Avondale Honda facility. I made an appt two weeks prior at Avondale Honda only to show up 15 minutes early and get told they would not be able to even look at my car until Monday (appt was on Saturday) due to all the morning people who showed up with NO APPT. My time meant nothing to them. We needed the car looked at so we drove to surprise to see if we just showed up like they do at Avondale could they see my car. Levi was very honest and informed us they too were very busy but he wanted to see what was going on. He offered to take our car for a little ride so he could get a feel for what we are talking about. He did not hesitate to listen and actually help us. He did not know until this review what I had previously experienced either. He put our car on some machine outside the door to check the tire alignment and said we would start there. Again he couldnt see me that day but gave me the first appt of the day on a day that worked for me. He listened, addressed, and made us feel like our concerns were important. I left feel confident in the abilities of the dealership just from the customer service we were given from Levi just walking in the door. He only spent maybe 15 minutes with us but we left happy and ready to start our journey with Surprise Honda. Day of our appt we were seen right away. The alignment was done. Car feel so much better and now to see if the gas mileage goes back up. Thank you Levi for all your kindness and excellent customer service. We have picked Buckeye as our retirement home. Honda is our go to vehicle and Surprise will always be our dealership for all our vehicle needs thanks to Levi and the Surprise team.

I knew going in that this service was going to be painfully expensive. I was not disillusioned. That being said, the best outcome for my vehicle was achieved. I still love my CRV.
