Mike is a good guy but when I picked up my car he told me that I should have informed him that I have Honds Csre. I bought the car and purchased Honda Care from you and have already brought the car in. He had the paper work changed but left me unclear if what was done with the car was really representative of the paperwork he changed . He seemed very miffed that I had Honds Care. For instance, did they really rotate the tires and why was it claimed that I requested synthetic oil when he didn’t even know I had Honda Care?
I’ purchased life time alignment and he was not forthcoming in telling me if any alignment was covered under Honds Care.
