David is amazing. My compressor went out on my 2018 car and it was so very disappointing for a new car when it is 115. But David just is very honest and up front about everything that it makes all the difference. He warned me that the part might be delayed and then called immediately when it got in early. I waited until I could be there when he was there as I trust him so much. I had a long wait on the day of the compressor and was not comfortable taking rides in lyfts, and David made sure I was informed and just made me smile. Thank you for excellent service and the reason I keep coming back to Honda with David as my customer service rep. He also follows CDC guidelines by wearing his mask and that means everything the more we know about the aerosol nature of the virus.

I had great service. My service advisor was friendly, on time and very honest about the repairs and time. He made it extremely convenient for me to pay online before I picked up and the service guy that brought my car out to me had been dealing with a very rude and unruly customer. He was extremely professional with her (better than I would have been in that situation) and then maintained his professionalism with me directly after dealing with her.
