I just purchased the vehicle two weeks ago, and have a dead battery. Had to jump it to get to the dealer. Once there, they said it wasn’t the battery, but the cables were loose. Two days later it wouldn’t start again. It is now there for the second time in 3 days.

I brought my 2018 CRV in for an oil change, filters and to fix a heat/dust shield that was hanging down. After reminding Levi numerous (3) times, he assured me that it would be fixed and at check out he told me that it was done. What a surprise I got when I found out that it was not fixed and the shield had been put in the back of my car. After calling Levi to let him know what I found, he did apologize for the miscommunication and said that for an additional $180 the part could be replaced.
My issue is not the additional cost but the lack of trust I now have. This was my first visit and Surprise Honda’s opportunity to earn my business Which you have failed to do.
