I love this dealership! You know how you know. I drive an hour just to bring my car to Surprise Honda. They always take care of me no matter what the issue. Alfredo was a great service advisor who always kept me updated on my vehicle. Marcos the honda tech/mechanic is the only person I would want to touch my type r. He treat my vehicle like it was his own. This place always surprise me with how well the take care of customers.

Service was great, car was ready early. Tried several time to schedule an appointment with the Honda app. The app would say the appointment was scheduled and I’d get a confirmation. I wouldn’t get one and would go back to the app and there was no appointment scheduled. Tried several times and got one when I went farther out in the schedule, but still no confirmation. The app said the appointment time was 12:30 rather than the 1:30 requested. Called to confirm and asked if it was 12:30. It was. Got there and was told it was 1:30. A bit frustrating.

I just bought this car on 8/10/20 and had to already bring it in for services on 8/14/20. I told Mike I had to go to work at 9:00 am in downtown Phoenix. He didn’t seem to care and just told me to make “alternate arrangements”. He did not offer to give me a rental car for the day, which I was told I would get by another employee. He also didn’t make the suggestion for Honda to pay for my $50 Uber ride or to reimburse me for that money. He just didn’t seem to care much for my situation. Maybe there was a miscommunication, I don’t know. Other than that I’ve had a pleasant experience at Surprise Honda.

Levi was so professional ! He made sure every step of the way, I was satisfied, and stayed after the svc techs, to ensure my problem was fixed. It was a bit tricky, as all the actual AC components tested good, and ended up being a bad motor in the "Air Mix" door, which was letting hot air into the AC air. Kudos to the tech figuring that out ! AC in Arizona ? Absolutely ! Thanks again to Levi.
