Alfredo was ready for my arrival at scheduled appointment time, He was welcoming and efficient in having previously prepared my work order ready for my approval signature. David **** is a very hardworking employee. I sat at the dealership for quite sometime while having a part repaired and he spent the entire time checking in with customers, making phone calls, fixing problems, and I’m sure many other important tasks that I am unaware of. I noticed his other coworkers did very little work and spent the hours socializing. I originally was working with another employee when I had initially called in but when I arrived he passed me off to David and I’m glad he had because I truly received great service. David is friendly, he’s understanding, he’s kind, and seems to genuinely enjoy the work he is doing with Honda. He’s the best! He makes visiting the dealership a lot less stressful than it usually is. You need more employees like him!
