For the second time in two months I have made an appointment, arrived at scheduled time, only to be told: “ I do not see an appointment for you today, are you sure you made it? Maybe you called a different dealer”
In December I made the appointment online and had eMail confirmation of the scheduled appointment. Now January I called ****-****-xxxx and spoke with someone who assured me that they had scheduled my appointment.
Alfredo was prompt and efficiently, making sure I was fitted in to the days appointments & my truck was serviced as I waited. Alfredo advised me of needed maintenance and scheduled an appointment for a future date.
