I had to wait six days to get my car serviced because my service advisor was not aware or even made an attempt to research and understand how to access my warranty coverage through Honda Care. I did research on my end to find out how to get this accomplished and took the car back to your dealer and he still was not aware on how to accomplish the process even after I gave him all the info from Honda corporate. What is most disappointing is that he turned me away for service without even asking for help from a more experienced advisor or even management. Misinformation is one of the worst things especially when providing service to a customer. I was then asked to give an excellent survey after the service was completed even considering this poor service experience I was provided. I would appreciate a call back from the service director.
