Al was professional, informative and through. All of my questions were addressed and explained. All paperwork was reviewed snd I was provided copies. I will definitely return to have my car serviced by Honda in Surprise.

I had a 10am appointment, I was there at 9:45am and they didn’t take my truck in until 11:15am. They provided no updates during this time, I saw my truck sitting outside at 11:10am without the work done. I asked when they were going to do it, and was informed it was next. It was like they forgot about it.

I dropped my car off just after 10 a.m. for a scheduled oil change. I told David that I didn’t t have a specific time to pick it up however, I was expecting 2-3 hours at most. I called after 1 and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 - 5 p.m. David called at 4 to let me know that my car was ready when I arrived I waited over 10 minutes until someone else finally assisted me with the checkout.
