My mother came in today to get her routine oil change and tire roto that she has been getting for the last 4 or more years and the normal advisor that she uses was not there today so she used another man named larry and he was very unprofessional and didnt seem like he knew what he was doing and charged her 77 when she has been paying about 45 for the last 4 plus year and couldnt even explain to her why it cost more this time than all the other times from the past 4 years. Not happy and will not be returning to this dealer

The four times I’ve been in dropping off /picking up to have timing belt changed and having to go back for possible defect- the service advisor has worn his mask in his chin. Gives me a pen he has handled with no sanitizer in sight. I’ve been to other car service providers as well as other businesses . They had measures in place such as providing hand sanitizer, sanitized pens, shields/protective guards, showed genuine effort. Other advisors did have masks on and/or put it on when I walked in regardless of the fact that I was going to another advisor. So this particular advisor and partially Honda are both at fault.
