Communication is big in service. There is a lot to be desired when it comes to communication. Was called by my insurance adjuster hours before my advisor called me with the solution. Parts came in Monday. No call to confirm or give estimated time of completion. Had to call Tuesday to get possible time car would be done. Not a stellar visit.

Got oil change n car wash, took 2 hrs, but thats usual, even tho I had an appt. My husband doesn't get charged to have his trucks tires rotated when he gets his oil changed at Dodge dealer. But Honda wants to charge me to do that. All Honda prices for service r too high. Or mayb I should blame the people at Surprise Honda.
