David is my favorite service rep. He does an amazing job for me. I know that I am a bit of a pain in the backside of times but he always makes my experience with surprise Honda a pleasant one. Somehow his sense of humor is understanding and his patients take the sting out of spending money on car repairs I prefer her not having to do. This gentleman is an absolute gem. We dint got to the problem of the break lite but mike was very attentive and reset the codes on my truck. And told me to keep an eye of the light ever comes back on to let him know right away. He keep me up to speed with everything while I was at work. So yea thank you

I called to schedule an appointment. The service department said David McGee usually works with me and he put me in for Friday 3/19 When I arrived David had off this day. Mike looked on the schedule and didn’t see an appointment scheduled for me. He offered to take care of my oil change anyway and I agreed. I left the car for 1 1/2 hours. When I returned I was told it needed cabin air cleaners. Nobody called me to tell me. The car still wasn’t washed and only the oil change was completed. I paid and declined waiting longer. My service wasn’t completed. David would have called me to see if I wanted to change the filters so I wouldn’t have to make another trip into the dealership. I’m unimpressed. Also, my seats weren’t covered and no mats were placed in the vehicle when it was driven away. It appears service is going downhill. What happened to caring for the customer?
